V1 uses inventory submission timestamps as the boundaries because a separate physical-count time is not recorded. Counts may have been taken earlier. Review delivery timing when interpreting usage.

Receipts are included after the beginning timestamp and on or before the ending timestamp. All times shown are restaurant-local (America/Indiana/Indianapolis).
